Delivery Information at Bathroomhive

At Bathroomhive, we’re all about getting your orders to you as quickly and reliably as possible. We pursue to partner with the best couriers to ensure your goods arrive safely. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier’s website.

We deliver across the UK, including Scotland and Ireland(*). At times, your order might come straight from our supplier. In those cases, we might not have a tracking number, but we will keep you informed of expected delivery dates. Please note dates provided are approximate, so we strongly advise not to schedule installation work until goods are received and you are satisfied.

Delivery Details

  • All deliveries take place on working days.
  • No deliveries take place on public holidays.
  • Delivery times are based on when the goods leave our warehouse, not when you place your order.

For Small/Medium Products:

  • Delivered by Yodel, DPD, FedEx, and Interlink.
  • You’ll get an email with your consignment number and carrier details for online tracking.

For Large/Extra Large Products:

  • Delivered on a pallet.
  • The transport company will contact you via email or phone with consignment details to arrange a delivery time.
  • It’s your responsibility to dispose of the pallet after delivery.

General Instructions:

  • Please ensure someone needs id at the delivery address until 7:00 pm on the day of delivery to sign for the goods.
  • Drivers cannot carry heavy loads independently and will need to see identification before leaving the goods.

  • Ireland: Delivery charges to Ireland may differ.
  • All delivery times are estimates, and some products may take longer due to factors beyond our control. Our call centre will contact you with expected delivery days once your order is received. If there are any delays due to manufacturer shortages, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
