Returns & Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping at Bathroomhive. We understand that there may be times when you might not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. To handle such situations, we’ve outlined our policy on refunds and returns. Below are the important terms and conditions for returning products purchased from us.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for cancelling an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or from when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

For Returns

Products must be returned in the condition you received them. We will refund the full price of the products, including delivery, but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. To exercise your right to cancel, inform us of your decision within 14 days of receiving the goods by:

Change Of Mind

If you cancel your order within 14 days and the goods have not been shipped, you are eligible for a full refund without any charges.

Refunds

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.

If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, we will refund the product cost minus any recovery costs incurred.

For Defective Products

We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of confirming via email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product.

Check the product(s) for damage upon delivery and notify us of any issues within a reasonable period. The delivery driver will wait while you check the goods for damages (applies to palletised delivery only).

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. Write the order number on a separate sheet inside the packaging. Do not mark your original packaging.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
