Change Of Mind
Refunds
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be made using the same method of payment used for the purchase, at no extra cost to you.
If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, we will refund the product cost minus any recovery costs incurred.
For Defective Products
We will examine the returned product(s) and notify you of your refund via email within a reasonable period. Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of confirming via email that you are entitled to a refund for the defective product.
Check the product(s) for damage upon delivery and notify us of any issues within a reasonable period. The delivery driver will wait while you check the goods for damages (applies to palletised delivery only).
Returning Goods

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.
